Discovery Session - $90
NEW CLIENTS - First session only

Goals and target outcomes will be the foundation of our work together. Includes assessment, session/treatment, self-care tools, and after care instructions.
Total session length 70-80 minutes.
Full Session - $80
Customized for all Body Mind Self sessions or treatments.
Total session length 60-70 minutes.
Half or Extended Sessions are only provided as needed by client or therapist to reach specific outcomes.
Half Session - $50
- Targeted for all Body Mind Self sessions or treatments.
- Total session length 30-40 minutes.
Extended Session - $100
- Advanced for all Body Mind Self sessions or treatments.
- Total session length 75-85 minutes.
Cancellation Policy and Session Reminders
Your appointment time has been reserved for you and a wait list is always active for services. Please promptly respond to reminders, via text, sent a week prior of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your session. Any same day cancellations will be charged $45 and no-shows will be charged scheduled session rate.
